Ever determined to continue learning and improving the care and treatment of patients, Dr. Fiza specializes in implant and esthetic dentistry, and comes to Refine Dental with a vision of creating a space where modernized dental treatment can not only better patients' health and appearance, but also their lives.
Dr. Fiza considers it a privilege to provide patients with the most conservative and exclusive dental care using nothing but the best materials and technology dentistry has to offer.
Outside of the office, Dr. Fiza enjoys traveling and making memories with his wife.

Dental Assistant
Meet Alison! Alison is a graduate of Western Piedmont and has been assisting for 10 years. Her goal is to be able to provide comfort to patients who have dental anxiety and a comfortable, fun experience. Outside of work, Alison loves traveling, spending time with her two kids Zeke and Amariah, and hanging out with family and friends on the weekend.
Hoover
Emotional Support Pup In Training
Hoover is in training to become our emotional support friend! He is currently 11 weeks old and we are excited to have him on the team. Make sure you stop by and say hi to Hoover when you come in!
Jessica
Hygienist
Jessica graduated from CVCC's Dental Hygiene Program in 2015 and is fluent in both Spanish and American Sign Language. Jessica's customer service and time management skills stemmed from years in the Service and Hospitality industry.
Jessica enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with her three children.

Iqra
Office Manager
Iqra began her career in orthodontics as a manager of an orthodontic and oral surgery office. She focuses on providing patients with the highest quality of care and ensuring their dental needs are met.
Iqra was born and raised in Trinity, North Carolina. She and Dr. Fiza have been married since 2018 and spend their free time traveling.
Lanee
Treatment Coordinator
Lanee began her dental career in oral surgery, where she spent 6 years as a Surgical Assistant. She decided to transition to the administrative side of helping patients with their dental needs. She is dedicated to providing a positive dental experience and helping patients achieve the healthy, beautiful smile they deserve.
Lanee was born and raised in Catawba County, North Carolina. She and her husband Jonathon have been married since 2012 and have two boys Graham and Dawson. In her free time, she loves to travel and spend time with her family.

Patient Coordinator
A Morganton native and graduate of WPCC Dental Assisting program, Amanda has been in the dental field for 25 years. Her knowledge and experience with assisting and practice management contribute to ensuring a positive dental experience for patients and a positive work environment for her team. Her motto is Love God, Love others.
Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys reading, beach trips, and movies.

Hygienist
Lisa has been a hygienist for over 30 years. She is a native of Burke county. Her purpose is to assist every patient to achieve a wonderful dental experience in educating, envisioning and transforming their oral health. She seeks to grow lifelong relationships with our patients while delivering quality and compassionate dental care with individualized service. Our patients enjoy her bubbly and positive personality making them feel at ease and comfortable. In her free time she enjoys her big family, walking and time at the beach
